The hands, mind and heart behind Nudus Beauty is our founder and CEO Patricia Skald. Always obsessed with skincare, she was inspired to create her own natural line when she became pregnant and wanted to keep her baby safe from the chemical ingredients in commercial beauty products, after having a previous miscarriage.
From just personal use products she decided to make a business out her idea, and started selling her creations at most Farmer's Markets in California under Terra Derma, now Nudus.

Our skin is the largest organ of the body and everything we apply to it navigates to our bloodstream. Patricia's passion for natural beauty pushed every decision. From researching the market and realizing that the industry is filled with toxic detergents that claim to clean and hydrate our skin, to developing formulations guided by nature.

In addition, her son started suffering from eczema around 4 months old, which led her to start creating fragrance free products and more sensitive skin loving soaps.
